Somatic Exploration with Queer & Trans Folks: a series of 3 sessions in December!

In a small group context of queer and trans folks, we will be exploring somatic or body-based practices as an opportunity to experientially connect to ourselves as embodied beings. We will engage in a process of discovery of what it’s like to be in our bodies with a spirit of playfulness, curiosity, and compassion. We'll experiment with practices that incorporate gentle movement involving arms and legs, tuning into our senses, widening our field of vision, grounding, and self-contact (using our hands to offer touch to our own bodies).

A few notes:

⦁ This group will include no more than 6 participants plus myself as the facilitator
